Special Winning Attitude Team

What is it?

The UTKD S.W.A.T. team members are an elite team selected by a UTKD Instructor Panel. These potential members will be selected based on those students who have the best attitude, techniques, and attendance. SWAT will be re-interviewed every quarter to maintain team integrity.

UTKD S.W.A.T. members get to attend demos and tournaments, come to extra practices, learn weapons and wear our special UTKD S.W.A.T uniform.

It’s easy-you have to come to class on Monday and Wednesday, and Saturdays Special Events when scheduled this includes demos and tournaments.

Be a Black Belt Club Member (BBC) - all students working to achieve Black Belt must attend 6 tournaments, demos, seminars, and activities. The S.W.A.T was created to help the BBC member to achieve his/her Black Belt goal.

Legal Guardian must be supportive of all classes and scheduled events for S.W.A.T. in order to maintain SWAT privileges.

Must be able to acquire through UTKD weapons/gear/videos and attend special seminars for their unique training requirements.

Maintain “B” Average in school or higher on Report Card

Have all “S’s” on Personal Development on Report Card.
